Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the ClubDiscret platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below. These may be modified without prior notice; it is your responsibility to check them periodically.

I. Definitions

• user – any person registered on the platform
• profile – the set of information, photos and content added by a user
• administrator – ClubDiscret team members with moderation rights
• account – the access credentials and data associated with a user
• content – any text, image, video or other material published on the platform
• penalty – restriction applied to an account as a result of rule violations

II. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) to register and use the platform.
2. By registering, you declare on your own responsibility that you are of legal age under applicable law.
3. The platform is intended exclusively for adults. Any user found to be a minor will be immediately removed and their data deleted.
4. The applicable law is Romanian Law. If the laws of your country prohibit access to adult content, it is your responsibility not to use the platform.

III. Registration & Account

1. Only one account is allowed per person or couple. Multiple accounts will result in a ban.
2. Data provided at registration must be real, current and complete. False or incomplete profiles are not accepted.
3. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password.
4. You may not transfer, sell or allow another person to access your account. Discovery of this will result in account deletion.
5. The platform may request identity verification via video call if there is suspicion that the profile does not belong to you.
6. There are 5 account types: MALE (single man), FEMALE (single woman), COUPLE (couple), GROUP (group of 2–6 persons) and OTHER. False combinations are not permitted (e.g., a single man with a couple profile).

IV. Content

1. Posted content must represent exclusively you (or you and your partner(s) in the account).
2. The following are not permitted:

• Photos of persons other than the account holder
• Photos taken from the internet, of models or public figures
• Photos with overlaid text, emoticons, graphics or insignia
• Low-resolution photos, photos with animals, objects or landscapes
• Any content involving or referencing minors

1. Administrators have the right to remove any content that does not comply with the rules, without prior notice.
2. By publishing content, you grant the platform the right to display and distribute it within the service, solely for the purpose of operating it.
3. Screenshots, saving or distributing other users' content outside the platform is not permitted. Any unauthorized use of content constitutes intellectual theft and will be legally pursued.

V. Conduct

1. Users must use civilized language in all communication on the platform.
2. The following are prohibited: harassment, threats, insults, spam, unsolicited mass messages.
3. Promoting services, products, clubs, events or any other commercial activity is not permitted.
4. Paid sexual services, escort, massage with sexual connotations or prostitution in any form are not accepted.
5. Exchanging contact information for the purpose of advertising outside the platform is not permitted.
6. Any conflict between users is resolved exclusively through administrators. Direct confrontations are not accepted.

VI. Premium & Payments

1. Premium account costs €5.00 / month, payable via SMS.
2. New profiles receive a bonus of 15 free days with no purchase required.
3. Payments are final and non-refundable, including access to private albums. Exception: exceptional situations analyzed by administrators, within a maximum of 30 days from payment.
4. If your account is deleted as a result of rule violations, no amount will be refunded.
5. Any scheme to defraud or "launder" points will be sanctioned with account deletion and forfeiture of points.

VII. Rights & Responsibilities

1. The platform does not guarantee the authenticity of non-video-verified profiles. The only profiles considered completely real are those validated via video call.
2. The platform is not responsible for the behavior of users, for meetings organized through it, or for any damages resulting from interactions between users.
3. Administrators have the right to select customers, close any account and block any user without providing explanations.
4. You are solely responsible for protecting your image. Ensure that no content you publish can expose or harm you in any way.

VIII. Modifications

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes tacit acceptance thereof.
