About the platform
What is ClubDiscret?
ClubDiscret is a discreet social platform for adults interested in an alternative lifestyle — swinging, meetings between couples or singles, exploring fantasies and building relationships based on openness and mutual consent. The platform provides tools to discover compatible users, communicate discreetly and manage private content safely.
Who can use ClubDiscret?
Any adult aged at least 18 years (or the age of majority in their country, if higher), regardless of sexual orientation or relationship status. The platform accepts: single men, single women, couples (heterosexual, bisexual, gay) and groups of 2–6 persons.
What is ClubDiscret not?
ClubDiscret is not an escort agency, does not facilitate paid sexual services and is not a classic dating site. Any proposal for paid sexual services is prohibited and leads to immediate account removal.
How is it different from other sites?
ClubDiscret is dedicated exclusively to the swinger community and adults with an alternative lifestyle, unlike generic dating sites. We offer: video profile validation, granular content visibility control (including at individual photo level), the availability system (Open For...), and active moderation to maintain community quality.
Account & registration
How do I register?
You create an account with an email address and password. You will receive a verification email — it must be confirmed before you can access the platform. New profiles receive 15 free days without any payment.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Only one account is allowed per person or couple. If you are in a couple, you have one couple account — not separate accounts. Multiple accounts lead to a permanent ban.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
From the login page, access the "I forgot my password" option. You will receive a reset link on your registered email address. The link is valid for a limited period.
How do I delete my account?
From the Settings page, in the Account Management section, you will find the account deletion option. Deletion is permanent and there is a grace period during which you can return. Account deletion does not entail refund of paid amounts.
Profile & validation
What account types are there?
There are 5 types: MALE (single man), FEMALE (single woman), COUPLE (couple of 2 persons), GROUP (group of 2–6 persons) and OTHER. Account type must match reality — false profiles are removed.
What does a validated profile mean?
A validated profile is one verified via video call by administrators. This means administrators have confirmed that the profile photos match the real persons behind the account. Validated profiles display a special badge and have more credibility in the community. Validation is valid for 2 years.
Is validation mandatory?
No, it is voluntary. But administrators may require mandatory validation if there are suspicions that the profile is not authentic. Unvalidated profiles may be flagged as "suspect" if they receive complaints.
How does video call validation work?
You contact an administrator and arrange a video session (WhatsApp, Skype). The administrator will compare the profile photos with the person(s) in the video. Conditions: at least 5 different photos in the profile, both partners present if you're a couple, the attire in photos must match the video call attire if photos are in swimwear or nude.
Content & albums
What photos can I upload?
Photos of yourself (and your partner(s) in the account). Not accepted: photos of other persons, photos from the internet, photos with overlaid text, animals, objects or landscapes.
Who can see my albums?
You control visibility at album level and at individual photo level. Options are: PUBLIC (anyone), FRIENDS (only your friends), PRIVATE (only you), ALLOWLIST (specific persons chosen by you).
Can I recover deleted photos?
Yes, deleted photos can be restored within 30 days. After this period, deletion is permanent.
Premium & payments
How much does Premium cost?
€5.00 / month, payable via SMS.
What does Premium offer?
Premium offers: increased storage quota for albums and attachments, viewing who visited your profile, priority display in carousel and "Hot Now" section, priority position in chat sidebar, colored border on profile card, option to receive messages only from friends.
Are payments refundable?
No, payments are final and non-refundable, including purchased access to private albums. Exception: exceptional situations analyzed by administrators, with a request submitted within a maximum of 30 days of payment. If the account is deleted for rule violations, no amount is refunded.
How long is the account valid?
Each profile has a validity period of 90 days. Upon expiry, you renew through purchase (any point purchase extends by 90 days) or by using 1,000 existing points. New profiles receive 15 free days upon registration.
Safety & moderation
How do I report a user?
From that user's profile, use the Report button. You describe the reason (maximum 2,000 characters). The report is reviewed by the moderation team. You can submit a maximum of 2 pending reports against the same user.
What happens when I block a user?
The blocked user can no longer send messages or mail, is removed from your friends list and no longer has access to your private content. Blocking is immediate.
What types of penalties are there?
There are 3 types: Warning (written notification, no restrictions), Communication ban (cannot send messages or mail), Global ban (account fully suspended). Penalties can be temporary or permanent. You can contest a penalty by contacting the moderation team.
Does ClubDiscret guarantee profiles are real?
We cannot guarantee the authenticity of non-video-validated profiles. The only profiles considered completely real are those validated via video call. We recommend interacting with caution and making your own decisions about who you communicate with and meet.
