Community Rules

The rules below are mandatory for all ClubDiscret users. Their purpose is to maintain a safe, respectful and authentic community. Non-compliance leads to penalties, suspension or permanent removal.

1. Basic rules

1. Minimum age is 18. Anyone found to be a minor is immediately removed, without exception.
2. Always respect a refusal. "No" means "No". A refusal is not an insult — it is every user's right. Insistence after a clear refusal is harassment.
3. Do not harass, threaten or insult any user, regardless of context.
4. Do not send unsolicited messages in bulk or with explicit content without the recipient's prior consent.
5. Do not impersonate others. False identity or impersonation of another user leads to immediate removal.
6. Do not share personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
7. Any conflict is resolved through administrators, not directly. Do not take the law into your own hands.

2. Profile rules

1. Profiles must be real and complete. False, incomplete or misleading profiles are not accepted.
2. Account type must match reality:

• A single man cannot create a couple or female profile
• A couple cannot create a single person profile
• Single people cannot upload photos with couples

1. Only one account is allowed per person or couple. Multiple accounts lead to a permanent ban.
2. Photos must comply with content rules (see section 3).
3. Inactive profiles may be flagged or archived after an extended period of inactivity.

3. Content rules

Permitted:

• Photos and videos of yourself (and your partner(s) in the account, if applicable)
• Explicit content in albums
• Suggestive content (lingerie, bathing etc.)

Not permitted:

• Photos of persons other than the account holder(s)
• Photos taken from the internet, of models or celebrities
• Photos with overlaid text, emoji, watermarks or insignia
• Low-resolution, blurry or overly zoomed photos
• Photos with animals, objects, landscapes, empty rooms
• Any content involving minors, in any form
• Content promoting violence, zoophilia or illegal activities

4. Communication rules

1. Use respectful language in all conversations — with other users or administrators.
2. Do not send explicit content to a user without their explicit consent.
3. Do not spam — do not send the same message to many users, do not repeatedly contact someone who doesn't respond.
4. Do not promote services, products, clubs, parties or any commercial activity.
5. Do not solicit money or financial support from other users.
6. Do not exchange contact details (phone, email, social media) for advertising or commercial purposes.
7. Paid sexual services, escort and massage with sexual connotations are strictly prohibited.

5. Meeting rules

1. Meetings are a personal choice, not an obligation. No user is required to meet another.
2. Take all necessary safety precautions (see the Safety Tips page).
3. ClubDiscret is not responsible for what happens at meetings organized through the platform. You are solely responsible for your decisions and safety.

6. Profile validation

• Validation via video call is voluntary, but strongly recommended — it increases your profile's credibility.
• Administrators may require mandatory validation if there are suspicions about profile authenticity.
• Conditions for validation:
• At least 5 different photos in the profile, with the body largely visible
• Validated photos must remain in the profile — deleting them cancels the validation
• If you are a couple, both partners must be present at validation
• If you have photos in swimwear or nude, you must be in the same attire at validation
• Validations are valid for 2 years, after which they must be renewed.
• Administrators do not negotiate how validations are conducted.

7. Content copying prohibition

It is forbidden to copy, save, screenshot or distribute outside the platform any content of other users — photos, messages, profile information. Any unauthorized use of content from ClubDiscret constitutes intellectual theft and will be legally pursued.
