ClubDiscret is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the data necessary for the platform to function and do not share it with third parties, except as required by law. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR Regulation 2016/679.

At registration and during use of the platform, we collect:
- Email address and password (stored encrypted)
- Profile data: display name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, location, description
- Optional physical data: height, weight, hair/eye color
- Published content: photos, texts, messages
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, date/time of access
- Payment data: processed through authorized providers; we do not store card numbers
2. How we use data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Operating and improving the platform
- Displaying your profile to other users (according to the visibility settings you choose)
- Account-related communications (password reset, notifications, confirmations)
- Age and profile authenticity verification
- Fraud and abuse prevention

- State authorities (Police, Prosecutor's Office, other authorized institutions), upon their legal request
- Technical service providers (hosting, payment processing) — only to the extent necessary for the platform's operation, under contractual confidentiality obligations
5. Data storage & security
- Data is stored on secure servers in certified data centers
- Connections are protected via HTTPS
- Debit/credit card numbers are never stored
- Upon account deletion, data is retained for 3 months for security reasons (e.g., to prevent re-registration of a banned user), after which it is anonymized or permanently deleted
No system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, you will be notified in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Under GDPR 2016/679, you have the following rights:
- Right of access – you can request a copy of the data held about you
- Right to rectification – you can correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure – you can request deletion of your account and data
- Right to portability – you can request your data in a structured format
